Consumer Direct has been providing self-directed in-home care across Alaska since 2001. We work with Alaska Medicaid, insurance carriers, and other payers to arrange for a variety of health-related supports so Alaskans who are disabled can remain safely in their homes or at their jobs.
Our administrative staff assists with program and caregiver training and process payroll so that you can focus on receiving care. We advocate on your behalf to ensure that the services you receive are a good match for your personal needs.
All our caregiving staff pass a state and/or national background check and undergo competency training and testing before they can work for you.
We accept many types of payment, including Medicaid, workers’ compensation insurance, private insurance, veteran’s benefits, or out-of-pocket payments.
