Consumer Direct Care Network Alaska (CDAK) has provided self-directed, in-home care across Alaska since 2001. We work with Alaska Medicaid, insurance carriers, and other payers to arrange for a variety of health-related supports so Alaskans with disabilities can remain safe and independent in their homes.
Our administrative staff assists with program and caregiver training, and payroll processing so you can focus on receiving care. We advocate on your behalf to ensure that the services you receive are a good match for your personal needs.
All our caregiving staff pass a state and/or national background check and undergo competency training and testing before they can work for you.
We accept many types of payment, including Medicaid, workers’ compensation insurance, veteran’s benefits, insurance, or out-of-pocket payments.
Our programs support your or your family’s evolving needs.
