Caregivers and Clients have access to the DirectMyCare web portal. DirectMyCare provides additional online time entry and payroll tools.
- Caregivers who choose to enter time in the DirectMyCare web portal must make sure their Client or Authorized Representative is also activated in the portal to approve time entries for pay. For instructions on entering time in the web portal, visit the Training Materials page on our website.
- Medicaid Personal Care service codes T1019U3 and S5125SE are not eligible for DirectMyCare web portal time entry at this time. Please continue to use your current time entry method.
- Mileage reimbursement requests can be entered in the DirectMyCare web portal or by completing this form and returning to any CDAK office. Mileage reimbursement requests are only accepted for out-of-home services that are authorized on the Client’s care plan and provided in the Caregiver’s personal vehicle.
